Family Business - Private Landlords

We are a small family run business focussing on giving the best service to tenants.

As all of the properties we manage are owned by ourselves, it allows us to be much more responsive both in terms of maintenance, but also in making decisions and providing flexibility when it is needed. As we don't need to wait for authorisation from third parties, or get multiple quotes, we can typically arrange tradesmen to come to fix issues within hours of being notified of an issue.

Long tenancies

We use the standard Private Residential Tenancy documents just like everyone else in Scotland which provide flexibility to tenants.

However, we are are proud that our tenants enjoy living in the homes we provide, and we can say that currently, the average tenancy length across all of our current tenants is 14 years and 8 months.
